Last year Chris built a beautiful deck for me. The project was unique in many ways. Most interestingly I was out of the country for the entire process and still have not met him face-to-face. We handled it entirely by phone and e-mail. We developed together concepts, drawings and specifications to come to a final design that was very appealing. The design required a lot of attention to detail which he excels at (curved railings, picture frame deck boarder, stairs lighting, etc). It was a nice collaboration in the design phase. The construction from my perspective was flawless. Chris was right on time and within the budget. He proactively kept me up to date with progress photos during the build.
